Afternoon: 3:00 pm Castro's historical center tour, St. Nicholas Church and return "La Locanda del Ruspante" walking in the wood.
Dinner: At a restaurant in Arnara village.
Morning: Breakfast. Visit Fossanova Abbey and an olive grove in Sonnino, where we will experience processing and sensory evalutation.
Lunch: Light lunch in the grove, return to Castro and free time.
Afternoon: 4.00 Appetizers and Vegetables Cooking Course.
Dinner: We’ll savor our creations at “La Locanda del Ruspante”.
Morning:Breakfast. An exciting morning with a shepherd family in the Amaseno mountains and learning all about how they go about raising goats.
You will see and take part in milking, cheese making and then tasting the fruits of your efforts.
Lunch: Picnic with local products (bread, cheese, olives, sausage,etc.), return to "La Locanda del Ruspante" and relax.
Afternoon: 4.00 pm Course of Ancient Roman Jewelery, creating a souvenir to take home!
Dinner: Experience at a typical Pizzeria in Castro dei Volsci.
Morning: Breakfast. The first stop is at the seaside village Sperlonga. Visit the Archaeological Museum and at the Grotto of Tiberius.
Lunch: At “Il Tirreno” Restaurant in Sperlonga, to taste exquisite fish cooking. Return to "La Locanda del Ruspante", free time.
Afternoon: 4.00 pm Watercolor Course “en plein air”, to take home your work.
Dinner: Ditirambo Restaurant, great food, great Italian wines, and great company.
Morning: Breakfast and visit to the Caves of Pastena.
Lunch: Ceccano village, tasting "prosciutto", sausages and “porchetta”. Relax, Enjoy!
Afternoon: 4.00 pm Homemade Pasta Course, where we will prepare Fettuccine, Maltagliati and Gnocchi.
Dinner: We’ll savor our creations at "La Locanda del Ruspante".
Morning: Breakfast and visit to a Vineyard in Piglio or Atina area.
Lunch: Brunch and wine tasting at the cellar. Return to "La Locanda del Ruspante".
Afternoon: At 4.00 pm Course of Homemade Pastry (Ciambelline al vino, Biscotti, Crostate).
Dinner: "La Locanda del Ruspante" with live folk enjoy music.
Morning: Breakfast at the local “Bar” to taste a typical "Cornetto and Cappuccino" and departure (Fiumicino Airport, Rome).
